STRENGTH, STRETCH, & TUMBLE

This all-in-one training class focuses on building the core fundamentals every cheerleader needs to succeed. Athletes will work on improving flexibility, body control, and overall strength while developing proper tumbling technique and form. Each session combines conditioning, stretching, and skill progressions to help athletes gain power, confidence, and precision in their movements—both on the mat and in the air.

ASSISTED STRETCHING & FLEXIBILITY

Led by Rachel, a certified personal trainer and stretching and flexibility coach, this class focuses on safely improving flexibility and range of motion through guided, hands-on techniques. Each session provides personalized attention to help athletes release tension, lengthen muscles, and deepen stretches while maintaining proper alignment. Participants will see noticeable progress in splits, body control, and overall mobility—enhancing performance and reducing the risk of injury.
