Focused Training for Faster Progress

Our instructors teach by using drills and spotted skills. Each class starts with a fun, engaging group warm- up, followed by stations where we use drills to teach muscle memory and flexibility.  Athletes get one-on-one time in every class, working on spotted skills in a supportive and encouraging environment. We always have “cheerwork” designed for athletes to practice between classes, helping them achieve their goals faster.

In our tumbling classes, the goal is to have fun and teach new skills. Athletes are always encouraged to set personal goals, and they’ll use these drills and one-on-one time with their coach to work toward them both during class and independently. We continually assess each child and update parents regularly on their progress. Once a child has reached a milestone skill they will receive a certificate, public recognition and get their picture taken on the RHOC RockstarStar Wall!

BEGINNER TUMBLING

This introductory tumbling class is designed to help athletes build basic strength, flexibility, and coordination while learning foundational tumbling skills. Students will work on mastering basic rolls, cartwheels, bridges, and handstands, laying the groundwork for more advanced techniques. This level is perfect for beginners looking to develop their tumbling abilities in a fun, supportive environment.
*Entry Level, no requirements to attend*

LEVEL 1 - (FRONT AND BACKWALKOVERS, ROUNDOFFS)

Level 1 builds upon the foundation set in Beginner, introducing more dynamic movements and refining basic skills. These skills are essential for advancing to more complex tumbling techniques. As you progress, you’ll develop the strength, control, and flexibility needed for higher-level skills.
*Must be able to do all beginner level skills to attend*

LEVEL 2 - (HANDSPRINGS AND SERIES BACKHANDSPRINGS)

In Level 2, athletes will begin to incorporate more advanced tumbling skills and transitions. These skills build upon your foundation from Level 1 and prepare you for more difficult tumbling elements. You’ll develop greater strength, flexibility, and control to advance to the next level.
*Must have all Level 1 skills to attend*

LEVEL 1-2 COMBINED

This class bridges both levels, allowing athletes to either reinforce level 1 skills such as round-offs and front and back walkovers-or start working on level 2 elements, including front and back handsprings, and round-off back handsprings when they’re ready.
*Must be able to do all beginner level skills to attend*

LEVEL 3 (TUCKS AND PUNCH FRONTS)

Level 3 introduces even more advanced tumbling techniques, building on strength and confidence developed in earlier levels. Athletes will work on skills such as round-off backhandspring tucks, standing back tucks, round-off tucks, and punch fronts. This level focuses on power, precision, and control to help athletes take their tumbling to the next level.
