Rachel, a Virginia Beach native and lifelong cheerleader, brings over 20 years of combined cheer and fitness expertise to Rachel’s House of Cheer. After cheering for East Carolina University and earning a degree in Exercise Science, she built a career as a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, nutrition coach, and stretching & flexibility coach.
Her journey is one of determination and perseverance. After not making her middle school cheer team on the first try, Rachel practiced relentlessly for a year and returned to not only make the team but become captain. That same dedication fuels her coaching philosophy today.
At Rachel’s House of Cheer, she combines her fitness background with her love of cheerleading to offer more than just tumbling lessons. She helps young athletes build strength, flexibility, and most importantly, self-confidence—empowering them to become RHOC Stars one lesson at a time.
